Chloe Bird is an experienced professional in commercial excellence and sales management, currently serving as the Head of Commercial Excellence at Lloyd's Register since December 2014. Chloe has held various roles within the company, including Global Sales Programme Manager and UK & Ireland Internal Sales Manager. Prior to joining Lloyd's Register, Chloe worked at BSI from April 2008 to October 2014, where responsibilities included Telesales Manager UK Training and Operations Manager - Commercial Training, among others. Chloe holds a degree in Business Management from De Montfort University, completed from 2004 to 2007, and has a foundational education from Harlington Upper School in Bedfordshire.
