Louise Tomlin is an experienced pharmacy professional with over 15 years of service at LloydsPharmacy, currently holding the position of Professional Standards Pharmacist since September 2008. In this role, Louise is responsible for triaging dispensing incidents and customer complaints, providing expert guidance to external bodies. Prior to this, from 2004 to 2008, Louise served as the Professional Education and Development Manager, where responsibilities included developing training materials and enhancing engagement in learning initiatives. Earlier roles included Pharmacy Manager, where Louise managed a high-volume pharmacy and implemented key services such as the Repeat Prescription Service and community health initiatives. Louise holds a Master of Pharmacy degree from the University of Nottingham, obtained in 2002.
