Kate Sheldon has had extensive work experience in HR and talent management roles. Kate currently holds the position of Head of HR Business Partnering at LloydsPharmacy Clinical Homecare. Prior to this, they worked at Mole in a Minute as a People Insights Expert, where they provided expert insights that led to significant changes in diversity and inclusion priorities and HR processes. Before that, they were a Senior Talent Partner at easyJet, where they led the design and implementation of the talent strategy for the operations function. Kate also served as the UK Head of Inclusion and Early Careers at Telefónica UK, where they designed and delivered award-winning early career and diversity programs. Kate has experience in partnering with C-suite executives and driving organizational transformation and change management. Kate has a strong track record of delivering strategic projects and has worked with major organizations such as Heinieken, Liberty Global, Mondelez, and O2 Telefonica. Prior to their HR roles, they worked as a Senior HR Advisor at Skanska UK and as an HR Consultant at THE CHANCELLORS GROUP OF ESTATE AGENTS LIMITED. Kate started their career as an Accounts Assistant at The Perfume Shop.
Kate Sheldon completed their (CIPD) Certificate in Personnel Practice at Amersham and Wycombe College in 2004-2005. Kate further pursued their education at the same institution and obtained a (CIPD) Post Graduate Diploma in HRM from 2005 to 2008.
