Josh Loftus

Joshua Loftus is a legal professional with extensive experience in corporate law. Currently serving as General Counsel at LLR Partners since March 2019, Joshua is also a Charter Member of TechGC since May 2022. Previously, Joshua worked as an Associate at Morgan, Lewis & Bockius LLP from October 2014 to February 2019 and held the position of Corporate Counsel at TE Connectivity from September 2013 to September 2014. Joshua gained early legal experience as a Summer Fellow in the Entrepreneurship Legal Clinic at the University of Pennsylvania Law School and partnered with JPMorgan Chase and Morgan, Lewis & Bockius LLP as a Summer Legal Fellow and Summer Associate, respectively. Joshua holds a J.D. from the University of Pennsylvania Law School and a B.B.A. in Economics from Temple University.
