Jim Schattschneider serves as the Senior Architect and head of the New York Office for LM Consultants since June 2016, specializing in engineering and environmental consulting for acquisition and construction due diligence. Prior experience includes Asset & Construction Manager at Starwood Property Trust, where responsibilities encompassed overseeing commercial real estate projects from construction to initial leasing or sales, and Director of Physical and Construction Risk Management at Centerline Capital Group, focusing on managing construction risk for a significant equity investment portfolio. Earlier roles also include Vice President - Engineering Risk Manager at Citibank, handling construction risk management for a diverse range of projects. Jim Schattschneider holds a Masters of Architecture and a Masters of Construction Management from Washington University in St. Louis, as well as a B.A. in Fine Arts from Wesleyan University.
