Chris Dunleavy

Chris Dunleavy has a work experience in the field of construction and development. Chris started their career as an Inspector at the NYC Department of Buildings in March 2012 and worked there until July 2015. After that, they joined the Construction & Realty Services Group (CRSG) as a Supervisor Operations from July 2015 to December 2017. Currently, they are working as the Director of Health and Safety at L+M Development Partners Inc. from December 2017.

Chris Dunleavy's education history includes studying Health and Safety at Rutgers University–New Brunswick and Environmental Health at Mercy University. In addition to their academic background, Chris has obtained numerous certifications, including being a Licensed Superintendent of Construction from the NYC Department of Buildings in 2022, Safety Trained Supervisor Construction (STSC) from the Board of Certified Safety Professionals in 2018, and a Certified Occupational Health and Safety Out Reach Trainer from Rutgers School of Public Health in 2017. Chris also holds certifications in Construction Risk Insurance Specialist, Site Safety Manager, Construction Health and Safety Technician (CHST), Rigging Equipment Inspector, Mobile Crane Inspector, Overhead Crane Safety & Inspector, Concrete Safety Manager, Construction Site Fire Safety Manager, and Local Law 196 Supervisor.
