Timothy Corcoran

Timothy Corcoran has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Timothy is currently working as a Vice President at L+M Development Partners LLC. Timothy previously held the positions of Associate and Analyst at the same company. Prior to that, they worked as a Commercial Real Estate Analyst at Wells Fargo, where they underwrote and closed new opportunities for acquisition financing and construction loans. Timothy also managed the asset management of a loan portfolio. Timothy has also gained experience through internships at PNC, Newmark Knight Frank, D'Alessandro Inc., and Corcoran Law Group, LLC. Additionally, they have worked in sales and administration roles at The Energy Zone, Allendale Recreation Commission, and Yoga Synthesis.

Timothy Corcoran attended Bergen Catholic High School from 2008 to 2012, where they received their High School diploma. Timothy then pursued higher education at Georgetown University from 2012 to 2016, earning a Bachelor's Degree in Finance with a focus on Operations & Information Management.
