Joshua Mitchell

Joshua Mitchell is an experienced Application Engineer currently employed at L&M RADIATOR, INC. since April 2019. Prior to this role, Joshua served as an Associate Gear Engineer at Dana Incorporated from September 2016 to March 2019, and gained practical engineering experience as a Work Study Student at Iron Range Engineering, where responsibilities included managing a fabrication lab. Additional experience includes an internship at 4x4 Unlimited, designing and machining custom parts for off-road vehicles. Joshua has also worked as a Maintenance Assistant and Teachers Aide at Aldrich Memorial Nursery School and as a Paper Carrier for the Rochester Post Bulletin. Joshua holds a Bachelor of Science and Engineering degree in Mechanical Engineering from Minnesota State University, Mankato, earned during the Iron Range Engineering Program from 2014 to 2016.
