James Byatt

James Byatt is an experienced technology professional with a strong background in software development and leadership. Currently serving as the Head of Software at LMAX Group since June 2012, James has also held roles such as Deputy Head of Software, Senior Developer, and Developer within the same organization. Prior to this, James worked as a Development Specialist at HSBC from May 2010 to June 2012 and as an Officer at Bank of America Merrill Lynch from June 2007 to May 2010. James holds a First-Class degree in Mathematics from Durham University, earned between 2003 and 2007.
