Luke Bigum has over a decade of experience in systems engineering and administration, currently serving as Head of Systems at LMAX Group since March 2011. Under Luke's leadership, the Systems Engineering Team has grown from six to thirteen engineers across three time zones. Prior experience includes roles as a Senior Systems Engineer at LMAX Group where Luke was involved in support for financial exchanges and corporate infrastructure, Systems Engineer at Fasthosts Internet Ltd, and Systems Administrator at iseek Communications Pty Ltd. Additionally, Luke began a career in IT as a UNIX Administrator at Deakin University. Luke holds an Honours degree in Computer Science and a Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology from RMIT University, as well as a Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology from CQUniversity.
