The Project Management team at LMC is responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and completion of innovative furniture and interior design solutions. This includes coordinating between various departments, managing project timelines, and ensuring that the projects align with the company's standards of excellence and customer satisfaction. The team members, including internal communication coordinators, junior project managers, technical experts with training specialties, and cost estimators for work plans, work collaboratively to deliver customized and state-of-the-art solutions to professionals in France, Belgium, the Netherlands, and Germany.
