Binod Taterway

Binod Taterway has a diverse work experience spanning over several industries. Binod started their career as a Service Engineer at Xerox India, where they sold and serviced Xerox photocopiers in Bombay. Binod then worked as a Sr. Consultant at Lehigh University Computing Center, providing support in areas such as communications and UNIX administration.

Binod went on to join Software Services International, Inc. (now Aithent, Inc.) as a Director, where they focused on building medical software. Binod is known for delivering a Patient Appointment Scheduling System for CyCare.

Binod later became the Vice President of Consulting at Thoughtworks, LLC, where they established the consulting organization and managed client relations for a supply-chain project with The Gap.

Binod also had experiences in various roles at Proxicom, Inc., including Managing Director, Automotive & Manufacturing, and Director, Distributed Systems Group. Binod managed key accounts such as General Motors, GMAC, and Toyota/Lexus, delivering significant revenue for the company.

Binod then became the Vice President, Automotive & Industrials at Sapient Corporation, where they led the East coast sales for this vertical and secured the General Motors account.

Binod's entrepreneurial ventures include co-founding and serving as the CEO of Blue Canopy Group, a successful IT management services company, and owning Vantage Technology Partners, a full-service interactive marketing and technology company.

Additionally, they founded Taterway Group, LLC, a boutique private equity firm that provided seed funding and operational assistance to early-stage startups.

Currently, Binod Taterway is the President, CEO & Owner of LMD Consulting, LLC, a full-service software design and development firm that specializes in technologies for businesses. Binod oversees various aspects of the company, including strategy, systems development, quality assurance, and maintenance.

Binod Taterway attended the Indian Institute of Technology, Bombay where they pursued a B. Tech. degree in Electrical Engineering. After completing their undergraduate studies, they then enrolled at Lehigh University to pursue a Master's degree in Computer Science & Electrical Engineering. Later on, they furthered their education at Lehigh University and obtained an MBA with a focus on Management, Entrepreneurship, and Finance.
