Bryana Madison

Bryana Madison has worked in a variety of roles since 2013. Bryana began their career as a Key Holder at Everything But Water, where they were responsible for opening and closing the store, as well as administrative tasks such as faxing, emailing, and answering phones. In 2014, they took on the role of Team Leader at America Reads America Counts, where they managed college students and supervised mentoring sessions to elementary students. In 2016, they began working at Terp Service as a Terp Service Day Coordinator: Community Partner Lead, where they planned bi-weekly trips to the local park and town municipal building to restore old areas and save native plants. Bryana also facilitated a discussion following each trip which consisted of reflection and critical thinking. In 2019, they became an Assistant Manager at Ted Baker, where they processed payroll for employees, met quarterly goals, and prepared daily sales forecasts. Bryana also led hiring and recruiting, and created goals and tasks for the team to complete. In 2018, they took on the role of Brand Ambassador at This Free Life. Finally, in 2021, they began working as an Account Coordinator at LMD.

Bryana Madison graduated from the University of Maryland in 2018 with a Bachelor of Applied Science (B.A.Sc.) in Information Systems and Marketing. Bryana began their studies there in 2014.
