Christopher Banham is an experienced professional with a diverse background in design and innovation. Since March 2018, Christopher has held multiple roles at LMG, including Innovation Principal, Head of Customer Experience, Design Lead, Senior Designer, and UX Designer, focusing on the design of a CRM tool for over 300 mortgage brokers across Australia. Previous roles include serving as a Tutor at the University of Technology Sydney and as a Research Consultant, where Christopher researched waste systems and proposed reduction strategies. Christopher's earlier experience includes working as a Digital Marketing Consultant and Business Technology Analyst at Accenture, as well as a Project Manager at Southern Cross Austereo. Christopher holds a Master of Design in Service Innovation and Change from the University of Technology Sydney, and Bachelor's degrees in Business/Commerce from both the University of Sydney and The University of Queensland.
