Dustin Benteman

Dustin Benteman is an experienced aerospace quality professional currently serving as the Quality Manager at LMI Aerospace, a member of the Sonaca Group, since October 2014. In this role, Dustin ensures that all products, systems, and services meet or exceed industry and regulatory quality standards and is responsible for maintaining an effective Quality Management System compliant with AS9100 standards. Prior to this position, Dustin worked as a Quality Engineer, specializing in complex sheet metal assembly and QMS requirements, and held roles as a Quality Inspector III and Aerospace Mechanic II-IV at Valent Aerostructures. Educated at Emporia State University and Chase County High School, Dustin has a foundational background in aerospace quality and assembly.
