Janice Loveless

Janice Loveless is an experienced human resources professional with a career spanning several decades. Currently serving as the Executive Director of Human Resources at LMI Aerospace, Inc. since July 1996, Janice also held the role of Director of Human Resources, overseeing HR Managers at the Aerostructures Operations in both the United States and Mexicali. Prior to joining LMI Aerospace, Janice worked as an HR Manager at AGC Maintenance Services from 1993 to 1995, contributing to a solid foundation in HR management.
