Ilkka Huikko

Ilkka Huikko is a seasoned leadership developer and entrepreneur currently working at LMI Finland Oy Ab since January 2024. Prior to this role, Ilkka spent nearly two decades at Deloitte, where positions included Senior Advisor for Executive Strategy and Innovation, Partner, and Senior Manager/Director.
