Chunling Song

Chunling Song is an experienced HR leader with extensive expertise in human resources and talent acquisition across various industries. Currently serving as the Regional HR Manager – APAC for LMI Technologies since April 2021, Chunling has previously held key HR roles, including Head of HR and Admin at Thousand Oaks Biopharmaceuticals, HRBP Head at Orbotech, Director of HR and Talent Acquisition at Sutherland Global Services, and Senior HR Manager at GENPACT. Chunling's roles have focused on strategic HR planning, organizational optimization, talent acquisition, and process improvement. Educational qualifications include an MBA from Northwestern Polytechnical University, a bachelor's degree in finance from Dongbei University of Finance and Economics, and a Bachelor of Arts in English from Dalian University of Foreign Languages.
