Crista Faw

Crista Faw is an experienced HR professional with a career spanning over 25 years. Crista is currently serving as the Director of Human Resources at LMI Technologies since November 2019. Prior to this, they held the same position at Alpha Technologies Ltd. from August 2009 to November 2019.

Before their time at Alpha Technologies, Crista worked at Kodak as a Human Resources Manager from June 2005 to August 2009. Crista also served as a Compensation Specialist at Kodak (formerly Creo) from September 2003 to June 2005.

Crista'scareer began at Creo in 1999, where they worked as a Recruiter, managing full-cycle recruitment for various departments. Additionally, they provided support for Canadian and US recruitment for three recruiters.

Crista's early experience includes working as a Child and Youth Care Counselor at Options: Services to Communities Society from 1994 to 1999.

Crista Faw, CPHR, holds a Diploma in Human Resources from the British Columbia Institute of Technology, and a BA in Psychology and Human Services from Trinity Western University. Additionally, they have obtained certifications in Certified Leadership Coach, Excelerator Mastery, Excelerator Essentials, and CPHR from Essential Impact and CPHR BC & Yukon respectively.
