Prior experience at Sainsbury's includes a progressive career from deputy manager to cafe operation manager, where responsibilities encompassed managing profitability for over 325 cafes, leading projects for operational excellence, and enhancing café sales through innovative training and best practices. Earlier roles included serving as a regional business support manager in food service, supporting over 70 cafes across three regions while improving compliance and operational standards. Educational background includes attendance at Frank Wheldon from 1984 to 1991.

LMP Education is a national apprenticeship training provider that was graded "Good" by Ofsted in March 2020 and is currently ranked 3rd in the "Rate My Apprenticeship" list of Top 50 Training Providers 2022/23. LMP Education delivers apprenticeships, traineeships, adult education and employability support programmes. Inspire ATA specialises in creating apprenticeship opportunities for young people entering the workforce for the first time. We recruit and employ each and every apprentice on behalf of the “host” client, enabling us to offer additional support and a better experience for both apprentice and client. We arrange the most suitable and appropriate apprenticeship training from one of our partner training providers. LMP Action is our Community Interest Company and serves as vehicle to make a positive impact on society through working with young people in broadening their horizons and inspiring their ambitions. Programmes include Residential Summer Camps, Summer Transition Camps, Alternative Education and Enrichment Programmes.
