Sean Henry

Sean Henry is a seasoned investment management professional with extensive experience in multifamily acquisitions and finance. Currently serving as Chief Investment Officer at LMS Investment Management since January 2023, Sean previously held the role of Managing Director at CrowdStreet and Capstone Companies. From May 2013 to January 2020, Sean was the Southeast Managing Partner at Moran & Company, overseeing a profitable Atlanta office. Prior experience includes significant achievements as Principal at Apartment Realty Advisors, where annual closings soared from $250 million to $1.4 billion, and as Principal/Vice President of Acquisitions at Lend Lease Real Estate Investments, where Sean closed $1 billion in multifamily acquisitions across 20 states. Sean's career began at General Investment & Development Companies as Vice President of Acquisitions, managing $1 billion in transactions and working tightly with prestigious public and private pension funds. Sean holds a BBA in Finance with a focus on Real Estate from Parker College of Business at Georgia Southern University.
