Travis Scholes is a seasoned professional with a strong background in operations and customer experience management. Currently serving as Commercial Director and Head of Panel Link at LMS (Legal Marketing Services) since February 2019, Travis focuses on enhancing the accessibility and value of the Panel Link product for users, facilitating better information flow between Lenders and Law firms. Prior to this role, Travis was the Director of Operations at Gregory Pennington from November 2016 to July 2019, and operated as a self-employed Customer Experience Consultant from January 2011 to November 2016, where efforts were concentrated on helping various UK businesses improve customer engagement, retention, and overall service efficiency.
