Melanie Romeo

Melanie Romeo has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Melanie started their career as an Employee and Associate Manager at Regal Entertainment Group from May 2013 to January 2015. In 2015, they joined PNC as a Teller Banking Representative until October 2016.

Melanie then worked as an International Trade Advisor Intern at the Spain-US Chamber of Commerce from May 2016 to June 2016. Following this, they joined Arise Virtual Solutions Inc. as a Project Analyst, where they strategically planned and executed projects related to the implementation of IBM Watson into AVA (Arise Virtual Assistant) from October 2016 to April 2017.

In 2017, Melanie started working at LMS, Inc. as a Business Analyst, analyzing current content and developing communication strategies. Melanie was promoted to a Senior Experience Operations Lead from August 2018 to October 2020, where they played a significant role in overseeing experience operations. Currently, they hold the position of Director, Experience Operations at LMS, Inc. since October 2020.

Melanie Romeo completed their education at Florida International University from 2013 to 2017, earning a Bachelor of Business Administration - BBA degree with a focus on Finance and International Business. Prior to that, they attended West Broward High School from 2009 to 2013, receiving their high school diploma. In addition to their formal education, Melanie has obtained various certifications to enhance their skills and knowledge. Melanie earned a Certified Incident Responder certification from PagerDuty in October 2020, along with an Incident Responder Certification in September 2021, also from PagerDuty. Moreover, in May 2015, they obtained a Marketing Accounting and Financial Analysis Certification from Marketing Accounting Metrics.
