Shantell Daniel

Shantell Daniel currently serves as the Director of Guest Experience Operations for the Atlanta Hawks, a position held since May 2021, where responsibilities include leading guest experience operations, coaching team members, and developing policies that foster trust and empowerment. Previous roles include Manager of Guest Experience Operations and Specialist in Guest Experience with the Atlanta Hawks & State Farm Arena. Prior to joining the Hawks, Shantell worked as a Project Coordinator for The Coca-Cola Company from May 2005 to February 2019. Shantell Daniel holds a degree from Georgia State University, demonstrating a commitment to enhancing the guest experience through innovative strategies and leadership.
