Ruchir Arora

Ruchir Arora is an experienced professional with a comprehensive background in operational excellence and process design. Currently serving as the Operational Excellence Manager in the Office of the CEO & MD at L&T Hydrocarbon Engineering Limited since May 2017, Ruchir previously held the position of Process Design Engineer at Petrofac from July 2011 to March 2016. Ruchir holds a Master of Business Administration with a focus on Strategy and Leadership, Marketing from the Indian School of Business, obtained in 2017, and a Bachelor of Technology in Chemical Engineering from Laxminarayan Innovation Technological University, completed in 2011. Ruchir's early education was at Delhi Public School in Bhilai, spanning from 1994 to 2007.
