Shalini Desai

Shalini Desai is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in the oil and gas sector. Currently serving as Assistant General Manager at L&T Hydrocarbon Engineering Limited since February 2023, Shalini previously held the position of Planning Engineer at Reliance Industries Limited from January 2016 to February 2023, where responsibilities included oversight of maintenance, project planning, execution, budgeting, and major CAPEX implementation for petrochemical plants.
