Adrian Byrne

Adrian Byrne is an accomplished technology leader with extensive experience in engineering management and delivery across the media and streaming sectors. Currently serving as the Director of Mobile Engineering at Light & Wonder since April 2024, Adrian previously held the position of Senior Engineering Manager at Sky, overseeing three teams within Global Apps Engineering and Global Streaming Technology. Adrian's expertise includes developing cloud-based platforms at NOW and strategic consultancy in Agile Software Delivery for various organizations, including Hive and Red Bee Media. Demonstrated success in managing cross-functional teams and delivering high-transaction platforms underscores Adrian's proficiency in software project management and operations. Adrian holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Liberal Arts and Sciences from Ulster University.
