Charu Sehgal

Charu Sehgal has a diverse work experience spanning over several industries and roles. Charu currently works as a Client Engagement Manager at Light & Wonder - iGaming since April 2022. Prior to this, they served as a Project Manager at Enghouse from November 2018 to April 2022. During their time at Enghouse, they managed various projects including a centralized system migration and the implementation of Electronic Data Interchange. Charu played a key role in enhancing revenue visibility and reducing customer churn.

Before Enghouse, Charu worked at Birds Eye Systems Private Limited (Ridlr) as the Head of Project Implementation (Metro) from October 2015 to August 2018. In this role, they successfully managed mobile e-ticketing projects for public transport organizations and handled technology partnerships. Charu also had end-to-end accountability for project delivery and collaborated with clients and internal teams to define product prerequisites.

Charu's earlier experience includes managerial roles at Vihaan Networks Ltd. from April 2012 to September 2015 and as a Senior Engineer at Shyam Telecom from February 2010 to March 2012. Charu also worked as an Electronic Project Engineer at Osborne Industries Inc from August 2007 to December 2008.

Charu's career began as a Graduate Teacher Assistant at the University of Colorado at Denver & Health Science Center from January 2006 to May 2007. Charu also had a research internship experience at Classic Dial (Pvt) Limited in July-August 2002.

Charu Sehgal completed their education chronologically as follows:

From 2000 to 2004, they attended PDM College of Engineering and obtained a Bachelor's degree in Instrumentation and Control Engineering.

Following that, Charu Sehgal pursued a higher degree and from 2005 to 2008, they attended the University of Colorado at Denver. During this time, they obtained a Master's degree in Electrical Engineering.

In addition to their formal education, Charu Sehgal also obtained certification as a Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) from Scrum Alliance in July 2019.
