Kristoffer Franzen

Kristoffer Franzen has a diverse work experience spanning over a decade. Kristoffer began their career as a Customer Support Specialist and later became a Customer Support Shift Leader and Payment Analyst at Mr Green - Part of William Hill. Kristoffer then transitioned into a leadership role as a Customer Service Team Lead, where they managed daily operations and implemented procedures for growth and improvement. Additionally, Kristoffer worked as a Promotion & Content Executive, where they coordinated with various departments to create and execute marketing promotions for Swedish and Norwegian customers.

In their most recent role as a Studio Marketing Manager at Light & Wonder - iGaming, Kristoffer oversees the day-to-day activities in the Marketing Department Studio. Kristoffer is responsible for executing marketing tasks on social media, emails, affiliates, and other partners, while also coordinating with international departments and studios. Kristoffer works closely with the Head of Marketing to plan and execute campaigns and supports the production of both digital and physical assets/items.

Outside of their professional roles, Kristoffer has worked as a freelance artist and illustrator since 2010, creating art and designs for various applications. Kristoffer has also gained experience as a Graphic Designer at DTS International, where they led a large design project involving the redesign of print material.

Throughout their career, Kristoffer has demonstrated a strong ability to organize and restructure processes to increase production and value. Kristoffer has capitalized on new challenges and opportunities to enhance creative outcomes and has shown a talent for marketing, customer service, leadership, and design.

Kristoffer Franzen obtained a Bachelor's degree in Creative Media with a focus on Graphic Design from SAE Institute Australia, where they studied from 2012 to 2014. Prior to that, they earned a Diploma in Art/Art Studies, General from Edelviks Folkhögskola, where they attended from 2007 to 2008. In addition to these formal education experiences, they obtained a DISC Leadership Diploma from Mr Green Ltd in September 2019.
