Amir Mirza

Amir Mirza has an extensive work experience in various finance-related roles. Amir is currently serving as the Chief Financial Officer at Loadsmart. Prior to this, they held the same position at Datalot from 2018 to 2022. Amir also worked at AltSchool as the Chief Financial Officer in 2017. Before transitioning into the technology sector, they had a long tenure at Bank of America Merrill Lynch, where they served as a Managing Director from 1998 to 2016. Prior to that, they were the Head of Investment Management at Telcap Investments from 1994 to 1996 and worked as a Strategy and Financial Analyst at Procter & Gamble in 1993.

Amir Mirza has a Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com.) degree in Financial Management and Accounting from the Sydenham College of Commerce and Economics, Bombay University, India, which they obtained from 1986 to 1991. From 1989 to 1991, they also completed a Graduate Cost and Works Accountant (CMA Equivalent) program at the Institute of Cost and Work Accountants of India. Amir later pursued a Post Graduate Diploma in Management with a focus on General Management and Finance at the Indian Institute of Management Ahmedabad from 1991 to 1993. Continuing their education, they obtained an MBA degree in Finance from the UCLA Anderson School of Management between 1996 and 1998. Additionally, they earned a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation from the Chartered Financial Analyst Institute from 1995 to 1998, specializing in Investment Management and Finance.
