Rachel Pradhan

Rachel Pradhan is a seasoned marketing professional with extensive experience in growth marketing and campaign management within the logistics and transportation sectors. As Growth Marketing Manager at Loadsmart since October 2021, Rachel leads cross-functional teams to execute comprehensive marketing strategies that drive revenue and align with business objectives. Previous roles include Senior Marketing Campaigns Manager for Shipper Solutions and Carrier at Loadsmart, and Sr. Marketing Programs Manager at SmartDrive Systems and Omnitracs. Rachel also served as Director of Marketing at Ease Inc. and The Attivo Group, where successful account-based marketing strategies and branding initiatives were implemented. Rachel co-owned The Pradhan Studios, managed marketing and business development, and holds a Bachelor's degree in Marketing Management, a Bachelor's in Interior Design, and additional qualifications in predictive analytics.
