Prior to Novartis, developed and led leading law firm in Switzerland with partnership structure. Extensive experience as business lawyer in private practice and as non-executive Board member (including Chairmanships) in listed and non-listed Swiss and foreign companies with a particular focus on financial services/banking, industrial and retail sectors. Engagement in civil society, politics and trade associations.
