Justin Kean

Justin Kean is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in training and development across various sectors. Currently serving as Senior Director of Training and Development at loanDepot since September 2015, Justin has progressed through multiple roles, enhancing training strategies, designing instructional materials, and managing comprehensive training programs company-wide. Prior to loanDepot, Justin worked at PHH Mortgage for over 13 years, holding positions such as Training Consultant and Operations Supervisor, where responsibilities included developing training curricula and supporting operational performance. Justin began a career at Merrill Lynch Insurance Group as an Annuity Specialist, earning recognition in customer service and operational excellence. Justin holds a Bachelor of Science in Economics from Florida State University.
