Michelle Alexander

Michelle Alexander has extensive experience in human resources, starting their career as an HR Assistant at Microcom in 1988. Michelle then worked as an HR Coordinator at New England Deaconess Hospital before becoming an HR Manager at Knauer Consulting, Renaissance Worldwide Inc., and Execustaff HR, Inc. In 2003, they joined SQA as an HR Manager before transitioning to loanDepot in 2009. At loanDepot, Michelle held various roles, including Human Resources Manager and currently serves as the Human Resources Director. Michelle is responsible for managing HR operations for loanDepot, a nationwide lender with over 6,000 employees.

Michelle Alexander attended the University of Massachusetts Amherst from 1988 to 1992, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts degree. Their major areas of study were Spanish and Latin American Studies.
