Jesson Calloway, CCP, CMCP

Jesson Calloway is a Certified Compliance Professional (CCP) and Certified Mortgage Compliance Professional (CMCP) with over 13 years of experience in the banking and finance industry. In 2021, they were appointed Director of Compliance at LoanMart, where they are responsible for the company's compliance program, consumer complaints, vendor management, marketing review, licensing, state/regulatory examination, policy and procedures, training, and internal/external audit.

Prior to this, they were Head of Regulatory Compliance & Quality Control at Majestic Home Loan, where they were part of the Senior Management Team and served as the Chair of the Compliance Committee. Jesson was also Director of Regulatory Compliance & Licensing at CFS Investments dba Champion Financial Services, and Director, and Head of Regulatory Compliance and Licensing at Trading Financial Credit, LLC.

Before that, they were Compliance Officer at LoanMart, where they were responsible for corporate compliance, vendor management oversight, internal/external audit, policy and procedure development, and enforcement. Jesson also served as Underwriting Supervisor and Loan Underwriter.

Theirfirst role was Officer; Internal Mortgage Auditor at Bank of America, where they were responsible for performance audits to evaluate the bank's actual performance compared with the goals and objectives set by its board of directors or members of senior leadership.

Jesson Calloway holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business Law & Administration from Arizona State University, which they are expected to complete in 2024. Jesson also holds a Bachelor of Arts in Pre-Law Studies from Post University, which they completed in 2021. In 2011, they obtained a National Certified Phlebotomy Technician III from Regan Career Institute. In addition, they hold several certifications including a Certified Mortgage Compliance Professional (CMCP) from the Mortgage Bankers Association, Diversity, Inclusion, and Belonging and Mindfulness, Diversity, and the Quest for Inclusion certifications from LinkedIn, and a Mortgage Action Alliance Member and Member certifications from the Mortgage Bankers Association.
