Ashwini Auradkar

Ashwini Auradkar has over ten years of work experience, with roles in software development, data analysis, and research. Starting as a Graduate Research Assistant in Missouri S&T in 2010, their work focused on preserving privacy in distributed databases using K-anonymity. Ashwini joined Gateway EDI as a Programmer Analyst in 2011, where they developed and maintained software tools using C# .NET and SQL. Moving on to Merkle in 2012, they held various roles, including Developer I (2012-2014), Sr. Developer (2014-2018), Lead Developer (2018-2021), and Manager (2021-2022). Here, they worked on software development projects, specializing in Adobe Experience Manager, Java, and related technologies. In 2022, they joined Tinuiti as an associate director. Their role there was to oversee BI and data operations, managing datasets, building ETL tools, and creating insights to help optimize customer engagement. Finally, in May 2023, they will join LoanNEX as Senior Software Engineering Manager.

Ashwini Auradkar has a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science from JNTU, which they obtained from 2005 to 2009. In addition, they have a Master's Degree in Computer Science from the Missouri University of Science and Technology, which they acquired from 2009 to 2011. Ashwini also received several certifications, such as AWS Certified Developer-Associate and AWS Certified Machine Learning-Speciality from Amazon Web Services, and Business Strategy, Problem Solving, and Adaptability & Resilience certificates from McKinsey & Company. Furthermore, they obtained a Triplebyte certification in February 2021.
