Marianne Kozak

Marianne Kozak has a diverse work experience in the mortgage and financial industry. Marianne currently holds the position of EVP - National Wholesale/Non-Del Sales at LoanStream Mortgage. Before that, they served as EVP - Head of TPO Production (Wholesale and Correspondent) at First Guaranty Mortgage Corporation®. Prior to that, they worked as Vice President - Regional Sales Leader at Arc Home LLC. Marianne also held the position of VP - Division Sales Leader at Mr. Cooper and SVP, East Division Sales Manager at Pacific Union Financial, LLC. Marianne has also worked as Regional Sales Manager - North Central Region at ClearPoint Funding, Operations Manager at Bank of America, and Communications Consultant at Mitel. Marianne started their career as a Sales Manager at Decision One Mortgage, member HSBC group.

Marianne Kozak received a BA in Economics from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill between 1985 and 1990.
