Saif Dhondfode

Saif Dhondfode has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Saif is currently working as a Financial Analyst at LoanTap Financial Technologies, where they have developed a weighted average collections days model for receivables in the loan portfolio. Saif also performs cohort analysis on the monthly disbursement of personal and business loans. Prior to this, from 2017 to 2021, Saif worked in their family business, specializing in Clothing Import Export and Sales. Here, they developed strategies to raise customer engagement, expand traffic, and optimize profitability. Additionally, Saif has held positions at Landmark Group as a Department Manager from 2014 to 2017, and at John Deere as an Operations Executive from 2012 to 2014. Saif started their career at GE Capital as an Operations Executive from 2008 to 2012.

Saif Dhondfode obtained a Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) degree in Business Administration and Management from the University of Mumbai, where they studied from 2005 to 2008. In addition, they have also earned two additional certifications. In 2022, they obtained a Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt Certification from Anexas Europe, and in 2023, they obtained a Data Visualization Using Power BI certification from the Boston Institute of Analytics.
