Doug Hlavacek

Doug Hlavacek is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in continuous improvement and statistical sciences, currently serving as Director and Enterprise Excellence Deployment Leader for Law, Regulatory, and Safety at Ecolab since January 2000. Hlavacek has a strong background in leading teams and promoting Lean Six Sigma methodologies across various functions, with prior roles including Director RD&E Statistical Sciences and Lean Six Sigma Training Director. In addition to their corporate roles, Hlavacek contributes to the community as a Board Member and Secretary for Loaves and Fishes MN and shares knowledge as an Adjunct Faculty member at the University of St. Thomas. Hlavacek began their career at Kraft General Foods and held significant positions at 3M and Imation, showcasing a commitment to improving processes and driving operational excellence. Hlavacek holds a Master's degree in Statistics from Virginia Tech and a Bachelor's degree in Applied Mathematics from Rutgers University.
