Claudia Kotchka

Claudia Kotchka is the current Director at Loblaw and has an extensive work history in design innovation and strategy. Claudia began their career at Procter & Gamble in 1978, where they eventually became VP of Design Innovation & Strategy. In 2006, they became a trustee at the Cooper Hewitt, Smithsonian Design Museum, where they served for 10 years. Kotchka then left to become a board director at The American Red Cross, Greater Miami & the Keys from 2016-2022. After that, they took on their current role as Director at Loblaw Companies Limited. Throughout their career, Kotchka has helped guide various companies through CEO changes and strategic shifts.

Claudia Kotchka received their BS in Accounting from Ohio University. Claudia has since worked in accounting and business management, using their skills to help businesses run more efficiently.
