Daphne Lobo

Daphne Lobo, PMP, is an experienced program manager currently leading the technical delivery of Loblaw’s Loyalty Program, PC Optimum, at Loblaw Companies Limited since January 2018. With a background in project and program management, Daphne has previously managed significant initiatives, including the integration of communication tools post-merger between Loblaw and Shoppers Drug Mart, and the migration of the PC Plus loyalty platform. Additional experience includes roles at Ismar Global Inc., Legal Aid Ontario, and the Government of Ontario, focusing on IT strategies and project delivery. Daphne holds a BASc in Industrial Engineering from the University of Toronto.
