Jonathan Carroll

Jonathan Carroll has over 15 years of experience in retail management, currently serving as Senior Vice President of Real Canadian Superstore Operations at Loblaw Companies Limited since August 2008. In this role, Jonathan leads a team of six store managers, overseeing operations, merchandising, colleague development, and profitability across multiple locations in Ontario. Previous experience includes several managerial roles at Wal-Mart Canada from September 2002 to August 2008, leading teams of up to 350 associates and focusing on shrink control and operational efficiency. Jonathan holds a degree in Computer Programming from Nova Scotia Community College and education from the Schulich School of Business at York University.
