Sarah Nisker

VP Supply Chain Planning & Initiatives at Loblaw

Sarah Nisker's work experience begins in 2002 as a Senior Product Developer and Quality Assurance Manager at Kingsmill Foods Ltd. Sarah managed product development and quality assurance, ensuring compliance with regulations. In 2006, Sarah worked as a Summer Articling Student at the Ontario Securities Commission, researching securities laws and reviewing prospectuses for compliance. Later in 2006, they became a Summer and Articling Student at Goodman and Carr LLP. From 2007 to 2011, Sarah served as an Associate in Corporate Commercial Litigation/Insolvency Group at Stikeman Elliott LLP, advising and defending corporate clients in litigation and assisting with contract disputes. Since then, Sarah has held various roles at Loblaw Companies Limited, including Vice President positions in Food Safety, Quality Assurance, and Regulatory Affairs, Pharmacy Operations, and Enterprise Business Process Management. Sarah also served as Senior Director - Legal Counsel, overseeing legal matters and managing the portfolio of non-resale contracts. Sarah'smost recent roles have included VP Transport Initiatives and VP Supply Chain Planning & Initiatives.

Sarah Nisker obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Human Biology from the University of Guelph, where they studied from 1997 to 2002. Sarah then pursued a Master of Science degree in Human Health and Nutritional Sciences at the same university from 2001 to 2002. Afterward, they attended Dalhousie University from 2003 to 2006 and earned a Bachelor of Laws degree from the Faulty of Law.
