Areya Desai

Areya Desai is an experienced professional in digital experience strategy and market intelligence, currently serving as Assistant Manager of Digital Experience Strategy at Loblaw Digital since August 2023. Previously, Areya held roles as Digital Production Specialist and Market Intelligence Team Lead at Citylitics Inc. from February 2020 to April 2023, along with a position as Market Intelligence Analyst. Prior experience includes working as a Research Analyst at Assurance Protection Group Inc. (APGI) from September 2018 to February 2020, a Political-Economic Intern at the U.S. Department of State's Consulate General in Toronto during the summer of 2016, and a Summer Student with the Ontario Ministry of Community and Social Services in 2014. Areya holds an Honours Bachelor of Arts in Peace, Conflict, and Justice Studies & Political Science from the University of Toronto.
