Decio Shimura

Decio Shimura has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Decio currently serves as the Director of Product Management at Loblaw Digital since 2022. Before that, they were the Vice President of Product Management at ZephyrTel from 2021 to 2021, where they developed a five-year vision for the company's cloud-native product roadmap. In 2020, they worked as a Senior Technical Product Manager at Amazon Web Services (AWS), where they led workshops with senior leaders and delivered rapid-prototyped proofs-of-concept to promote AWS cloud adoption. From 2011 to 2020, Decio held two roles at Amazon, including Senior Product Manager and Senior Product Manager, Technical, where they achieved revenue growth, launched new products, and solved critical challenges. Prior to that, they worked at Procter & Gamble and HP, where they held various managerial positions and contributed to market research, strategy development, product launches, and profit margin improvements.

Decio Shimura holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from Texas McCombs School of Business, a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Escola Politécnica da USP, and a Master's Certificate in Project Management from The George Washington University.
