Jerry Dinallo

Jerry Dinallo has over 20 years of experience in the legal field. Jerry began their career in 1996 as an Associate at Renzulli, Gainey. In 1997, they moved to Traub Eglin Lieberman Straus as an Associate, where they managed all aspects of commercial and insurance coverage litigation. In 2000, they joined University, Inc. as Associate General Counsel, where they created and implemented a marketing compliance program and provided counsel regarding commercial contracts. In 2002, they joined Pernod Ricard USA, LLC as Director & Senior Counsel and led a team of 4 attorneys and paralegals responsible for PR USA's marketing and trade practices compliance program. From 2005 to 2020, they worked at Diageo in various roles, including Vice President Legal, Regulatory & Trade Affairs and Corporate Relations Canada, Vice President, Assistant General Counsel, Assistant General Counsel, Senior Managing Director, Regulatory & Compliance Counsel, and Director & Senior Counsel. In 2020, they joined Lobos1707 as Chief Legal Officer and Legal Lead, where they are inspired by the 16th century voyages of their ancestor with the same name.

Jerry Dinallo received a J.D. from the Elisabeth Haub School of Law at Pace University between 1993 and 1996. Previously, they earned a B.A. in Political Science/Economics from Fordham University between 1987 and 1991.
