Ben Walters

Ben Walters is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in customer success and logistics management. Currently serving as a Customer Success Manager, Product Owner, and Client Implementation Specialist at Lobster Ink since July 2021, Ben previously held the position of Branch Manager at Barloworld Logistics from September 2020 to May 2021. Ben's career in logistics began at Bidvest Panalpina Logistics, where roles included Business Implementation Manager, Pricing Specialist, and Senior Estimator. Educational qualifications include a Management Development Programme from Wits Business School, a Higher Certificate in Management of Technology & Innovation from The Da Vinci Institute, and a Post Graduate Honours Degree in Logistics and Supply Chain Management from Stellenbosch University, along with a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the same institution. Ben also obtained certifications in project management through the CAPM program at pm.Ideas and has a strong academic foundation with a Matriculation with Merit endorsement from York High School.
