Rosalind Marshall has a long and extensive career in the financial services industry. Rosalind began their career in 1995 in the United States and the Federation of Euro-Asian Stock Exchanges (FEAS). At FEAS, they were a Co-Founder, Assistant Secretary General, and CFO. Rosalind developed financial models and databases to provide analysis of regional consolidated market statistics and individual market profiles, as well as provided data and coordinated production of monthly, quarterly, and annual publications. In 2005, they joined The LoBue Group as EMEA Executive Director, where they were responsible for strategic alliance business development and client relationship management within the EMEA region and Pakistan. During their time at The LoBue Group, they established an extensive network of strategic business relationships and major clients in new markets across the Middle East, Egypt, and Pakistan, generating over $25M in consulting contracts. In 2017, they were contracted to turnaround the outdated public sector financial systems at the Mendocino Transit Authority (MTA) as Chief Financial Officer. During their time at MTA, they restructured and streamlined financial processes, implemented a modern accounting system, updated cost and grant accounting to provide accurate and timely financial statistics in compliance with state and federal governments requirements, and established comprehensive treasury management services.
Rosalind Marshall received their Bachelor of Science in Marketing and Statistics from the University of Oregon between 1973 and 1976. Rosalind then went on to receive their MBA in Finance from Golden Gate University between 1979 and 1981.
