Wilfried Jackson

Wilfried Jackson has over 20 years of experience in the financial services industry. Wilfried began their career in 1981 at Bank of America as an International Systems Manager and Systems and Technology Officer for LATAM. In 1985, they joined Citi as President and Chief Executive Officer of Citibank Nevada, Chief State Officer of Citibank Nevada NA, and Chief Technology Officer of Latin America. In 2000, they moved to Heidrick & Struggles as a Senior Principal in the Global Financial Services Practice. In 2002, they joined Warren International as Executive Director of International. In 2004, they were appointed Executive Vice President, Chief Operations & Technology Officer at First Southern Bank. From 2013 to 2018, they were Program Director, Americas and Regional Director, Americas at The LoBue Group. From 2016 to 2020, they were Chief Operating Officer for Latin America at Verifone. Most recently, they were Founding Partner and Chief Operating Officer at bTLAR.

Wilfried Jackson obtained a BS in Industrial Engineering with a focus in Performance Engineering from Florida International University from 1980 to 1981. Wilfried also obtained a BS in Electronics Engineering with a focus in Systems Engineering & Digital Controls from Florida International University from 1974 to 1980. Additionally, they hold certifications from ACAMS, ISACA Cobit, ISACA, Loyalist Certification Services, and Project Management Institute, including a Certified Anti Money Laundering Specialist, COBIT 5, A Business Framework for the Governance and Managemengt of Information Technology, Certified Information Security Manager (CISM), Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA), ITIL v.3, and Project Management Professional (PMP).
