Abdullah Al-Mahammadi is currently the Head of Local Content Development in the ICT Sector at Local Content And Government Procurement Authority. Prior to this, Abdullah held the position of ICT Director at Lebara Mobile KSA. Abdullah has vast experience in various roles such as General Manager Information Technology/CIO and Operation Manager at Saudi eGovernment Program, as well as Executive Manager Sourcing & Contract Management and VAS Engineering Manager at Mobily. Abdullah holds a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) from King Saud University and a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Engineering from King Fahd University of Petroleum & Minerals. Abdullah is also a graduate of the Digital Leadership Program at INSEAD.
